• 1. How do I register a child for VBS?
    1. Type in the church VBS website: (ex: cokesburyvbs.com/yourchurchname)
    2. Click REGISTER A CHILD
    3. Fill in the required information
    4. Click SUBMIT
    5. You will automatically get an email response that says:  Thank you for registering (child’s name) for the (Church’s name) VBS”
    6. The final screen that appears will be a “Thank You” message with a link back to the website.
  • 2. Can I register more than 1 child for VBS in the same transaction?

    Yes! Here's how:

    1. Type in the church VBS website: (ex: 2013.cokesburyvbs.com/yourchurchname)
    2. Click REGISTER A CHILD
    3. Fill in the required information
    4. Click SUBMIT
    5. You will automatically get an email response that says:  Thank you for registering (child’s name) for the (Church’s name) VBS”
    6. A message screen will appear that will give you the option to register another child. When that appears, click “Register another child” and you will add the information for the second child. After you submit that information, you will click “I’m finished registering”.
    7. The final screen that appears will be a “Thank You” message with a link back to the website.
  • 3. I've forgotten my password. How do I find out what it is?

    On the Login screen, there is an option for those who have forgotten their password. In red letters you will see "Forgot password?" Just click there and you will be prompted on what to do.

  • 4. I am a VBS Director and need to know how to get last year's VBS participants list. How do I do this?

    After you sign in to your account, go to TOOLS, then REGISTRATION MANAGER. At the bottom, you will see "Export Last Year's Participants."

  • 5. How secure is this website?

    Our website is very secure! We realize your parents share lots of personal information when signing up for your VBS. Our website uses Norton VeriSign SSL for secure e-commerce and confidential communication. Also, we do not share any information with anyone.

  • 6. When I enter the website assigned to my church, it does not take me to our page.

    The most common reason this happens is because you have forgotten to add the first part to the website. All website address must be typed completely for it to go to the site. You must type http:// at the beginning for it to properly route to your site.

  • 7. I am not getting email notification when someone registers.

    You will need to make sure the "Registration Notification" box is checked. Here's how to do it:

    1.  Log in

    2. Go to TOOLS

    3. Go to ACCOUNT SETTINGS

    4. Under "Opt-Ins", make sure the "Registration Notification" box is checked.

    5. Click SUBMIT CHANGES
